The location was great for getting around the city, and it was near victoria station. reception staff were really friendly. I felt welcome during check-in.
The room i had it was super small, and there wasnt much space for luggage. the tv in the room wasnt a smart tv. I could not connected it with youtube.

the hotel provides a very clean room, complete with comfortable beds. i found the daily housekeeping to be thorough and consistent. the owners were friendly and happy to offer suggestions for local attractions. it was useful that they stored my luggage after checkout since my flight departed later.
The stairs felt narrow and steep. This might pose a challenge with heavy luggage.

The room was of a reasonable size and very clean. The bed was also comfortable! bedding and toilet facilities looked to be well kept. i found everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The hotel has a beautiful location, conveniently near public transportation. It took me about five minutes to walk to the tube station. there is a coffee shop just two minutes away. This made getting breakfast very convenient.

While there isn't a restaurant inside the hotel, multiple coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. This location offers various dining options. i easily found several places within a short walk to have breakfast and dinner.

The staff members were helpful and friendly. They assisted me with travel advice. i received quick responses to my emails, too. i really appreciated the warm and cute environment that the hotel provided.

The room was very clean. it was perfect for a one night stay! they provided a fan for the room too. It was very warm.
i was on the 3rd floor and accessible only by 6 flights of narrow steep stairway. the room was smaller than it was on web pictures.

A great stay near Victoria Station

The owner, john, greeted me warmly. The triple room had a comfortable, large bed. Daily cleaning service was consistent. The location proved convenient. It was a short walk to both victoria station and many shops.
the stairs were quite steep. there was no lift and elevator.

A coffee shop was only two minutes away. It was perfect for breakfast. I found several cafes and shops near the hotel, so i could get my morning coffee with no problem. There are some great places for dining nearby.
