This place is a little gem! It's a family-run hotel in a quiet, residential street, but incredibly close to transport links and major attractions. The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly. Rooms were small, but spotlessly clean and comfortable, the beds were great. The breakfast was pretty good too. I loved the charming Victorian style!

John, the owner, was incredibly cute and helpful, giving great tips on local restaurants and sights. Nikhita was also prompt with email responses, which was a great help. The hotel itself was very clean and in a perfect spot near Victoria Station - easy access to transport! Lots of places to eat nearby too. I'd happily stay again.
